Property Claims Consultant

If you've worked in underwriting, broking, broker support, customer service or another insurance role and have been thinking about trying something new, this could be your chance. We're looking for a Property Claims Consultant to join us on a 12-month parental leave cover contract. You'll own the claim journey end-to-end, from first notification through to settlement, making decisions, solving problems and delivering great outcomes along the way. We work in a broker-intermediated model, so you'll build strong, trusted relationships with brokers as well as customers. It's a partnership, and your ability to communicate clearly, confidently and with empathy will make all the difference. What you'll bring Experience in the insurance industry - claims experience would be a bonus, but we’re also interested in candidates who’ve built strong insurance knowledge in other insurance-related roles.
