Job Description: Thisisn’tyour standard internal recruitment role.It’sfast-paced,commercially connected, and full of purpose.AsaSenior Talent Acquisition Advisor,you’llpartner closely with leaders across Summerset to attract and secure great people for our construction(white-collar) and corporate Head Office roles. Ideally based in Auckland,we’realso open to Wellington for the right person.You’lltake ownership of recruitment across construction white-collar roles and corporate functions, while also providing support for operational village recruitment in Australia as our business continues to grow. This role will suit someone who knows how to partner with senior stakeholders, understand workforce needs, and deliver smart, practical recruitment solutions.You’llmanage end-to-end recruitment activity, from briefings,sourcingand advertising through to screening, assessment,offersand onboarding support. Construction recruitment experience, particularly within white-collar roles, is essential.You’llbeconfident engagingpassive talent, working closely with hiring managers, and using market insight to shape attraction strategies for hard-to-fill or specialist roles. Whatyou’llbe doing: Managing end-to-end recruitment for construction white-collar and corporate roles Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs Developing sourcing strategies for specialist, hard-to-fill and passive candidate markets Providing recruitment support across operational village roles in Australia when required Using recruitment data, market insights and best practice to influence hiring decisions Coaching hiring managers on interview, selection and inclusive hiring practices You’llbe part of a collaborative, experienced Talent Acquisition team that works at pace, supports each other, and takes real pride in helping the business grow with the right people in the right roles. Qualifications: To thrive here,you’llbring: Provensubstantialconstruction recruitment experience, with white-collar construction experiencea must Confidence recruiting across corporate or professional services functions Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence with credibility A proactive sourcing mindset, including experience engaging passive candidates The ability to juggle multiple priorities, move quickly and keep hiring activity on track A practical, people-first approach and a genuine commitment to a great candidate and hiring manager experience Experience usingSmartRecruiterswould be helpful, butit’snot essential.
