About the role You will help deliver safe, high‑quality road marking work across projects and maintenance contracts. You will be part of a good crew, take pride in doing the job properly, and keep safety front of mind. Key responsibilities Carry out road marking work across projects and maintenance contracts to a high standard. Monitor paint application rates to ensure work is completed to specification. Operate machinery and tools safely and responsibly, within your training and licence requirements. Spot hazards, follow traffic management requirements, and take part in daily pre‑starts and safe work practices. Support the crew and look for smarter, safer ways to get the job done. Qualifications Full Class 1 driver licence with dangerous goods endorsement. Experience in a roading environment is an advantage. Good understanding of health and safety on the road, or a willingness to learn quickly. Practical, team‑focused approach and comfort with hands‑on outdoor work.
