Administration Manager – South Canterbury Toyota We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead a team of three within our dealership. This full‑time position (40 hours per week) is part of the dealership’s leadership group and involves overseeing daily administration operations, improving processes, and developing staff. Responsibilities Manage and support the administration team. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger transactions and balancing, financial reporting, and IRD payments. Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance efficiency. Coordinate with other dealership departments and external stakeholders. Provide leadership and performance feedback to team members. Qualifications & Experience Proven background in all areas of office administration. Experience in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and IRD payments. Staff management experience. Excellent time and organisational management skills. Strong customer‑oriented attitude and enthusiastic personality. Highly competent communication skills for liaising with customers and staff. High attention to detail. Full NZ Driver’s licence.
