About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will speak with prospective students, learn about their goals, and provide clear information about suitable course options. You will guide applicants through the enrolment process, follow up with new and existing leads, and work towards individual and team sales targets. This is a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities Respond to prospective student enquiries by phone and email Understand each person’s goals and recommend suitable course options Clearly explain course content, study options, fees, and the enrolment process Follow up with new and existing leads Process enrolments accurately and efficiently Keep student and lead information up to date in the CRM Maintain clear records of conversations and follow-up activity Work towards individual and team sales targets Collaborate with colleagues to provide a positive prospective student experience About You You will be someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping others make confident decisions. You will ideally have: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence speaking with prospective students by phone and email The ability to listen, understand individual needs, and recommend suitable options A positive and motivated approach Strong organisation and time-management skills Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software The ability to work independently in a remote environment A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals Experience in education, online learning, or consultative sales would be helpful but is not essential.
