Uncertified Teacher

Uncertified Teacher Location: Queenstown, NZ ACG Queenstown, part of Inspired Education, is seeking a permanent, full‑time Uncertified ECE Teacher to join our early learning team. Our schools are built on the RIE and Reggio Emilia philosophies, placing children at the centre of their learning journey. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with young children. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Room Leaders to implement an innovative, inquiry‑driven curriculum. Observe and document children’s development to support personalised learning. Create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor environments that promote exploration. Build strong, respectful relationships with families and involve them in their child’s learning journey. Work as part of a reflective, inclusive team culture. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute fresh ideas. The Ideal Candidate Will Have A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting young children’s learning and development. Warm, respectful interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children and whānau. A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced teachers. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative teaching environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with colleagues and documenting learning. Interest in understanding Te Whāriki, New Zealand’s early childhood curriculum framework and a desire to grow capability in play‑based, child‑led learning.
