The Role We’re after a Guest Service Agent to be the friendly face guests see first and remember most. You’ll be checking guests in with a smile, sorting requests before they even have to ask twice, and making sure every stay at LyLo feels effortless and a little bit fun. It’s fast‑paced, it’s social, and no two shifts are ever quite the same. Perfect if you love people, thrive on variety, and want to be part of a genuinely great team. This is a part‑time role, so we’re looking for someone with flexible availability to help cover our roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, anticipating their needs before they have to ask, and check them in and out efficiently and accurately Process daily guest transactions and accounts with care and accuracy, and manage reservations correctly and on time Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to make sure rooms are guest‑ready Pass on guest requests to the right department and follow up to get them sorted, actioning messages promptly and flagging any feedback or complaints to management Know your stuff: local area, hotel services, current rates and packages, and keep things safe, clean and compliant with LyLo’s policies and WH&S guidelines Get involved in training sessions and team meetings, look after our equipment, complete opening/closing duties, and lend a hand to the wider team wherever needed.
