You’ll be out on site, learning from experienced crews, seeing how designs become real infrastructure, and building practical experience that counts towards your Civil Engineering hours. Do well here and you could fast‑track into Fulton Hogan scholarships and our Graduate Programme. Key role responsibilities Work alongside our project and site teams on live infrastructure projects. Get hands‑on exposure to day‑to‑day operations, planning and project delivery. Contribute to work that supports quality, safety and on‑time delivery. We’re looking for someone with Current study towards a Civil Engineering degree or diploma at a New Zealand‑recognised tertiary institute. New Zealand or Australian citizenship, or New Zealand permanent residency. Class 1 Full Drivers Licence and access to a car is preferable. A genuine interest in practical, on‑site work. A proactive, organised approach and confident communication skills. Adaptability, curiosity and a willingness to learn from feedback.
