Halter is seeking a key member of the People & Performance team to own the end-to-end hiring operations, focusing on process, compliance, logistics, and data integrity as the company scales. You will partner with Talent Partners, People Ops, and hiring leaders to deliver a structured, efficient hiring function with a strong emphasis on automation and governance.
