ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll support a group of experienced commercial brokers, providing account management to SME and domestic clients alongside general branch administration. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll get genuine variety in your day-to-day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting brokers with portfolio management Delivering a high-quality service experience for clients Managing a portfolio of SME and domestic accounts Processing new business and renewal quotes Handling policy amendments and alterations QUALIFICATIONS You will have at least 4 years within the insurance industry and hold a NZ Certificate in Financial Services L5. You will ideally also have the following: Solid understanding of insurance and underwriting processes A client-focused, courteous, and engaging manner Strong attention to detail A growth mindset and genuine desire to develop within a team Adaptability to new systems and processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
