Service Foods Ltd in Christchurch is seeking an experienced Pick Pack Manager to lead our warehouse picking, packing and dispatch operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on accuracy, safety and continuous improvement across the business. Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, you will manage a team of warehouse staff, plan rosters, ensure on-time order fulfilment, and monitor KPIs such as picking accuracy and inventory control.
