Village Maintenance Support – a Full Time position working Tuesday to Saturday 0800-1600 . Role Responsibilities Helping new residents moving into the village, including moving furniture and providing up to four hours of support to set up their new apartment Collecting and disposing of rubbish as scheduled Ensuring the village grounds and gardens are maintained to a high standard Assisting with inbound goods, stock management and stores Promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere at the village About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: Good fitness as heavy lifting is required Strong empathy A reliable, friendly and professional manner A can‑do attitude and the ability to multitask Please note that, although we often welcome applications from overseas candidates, due to immigration requirements we require applicants to have New Zealand work rights for this position.
