It’s for someone who: Enjoys solving complex problems Loves getting hands‑on Takes pride in seeing solutions delivered right What You’ll Do Design Define end‑to‑end solution architecture across diverse client environments Translate business needs into secure, scalable, fit‑for‑purpose designs Shape solution direction and roadmap aligned to client outcomes Build Own and implement solution components end‑to‑end Remain hands‑on across Azure, infrastructure, networking, and security Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during delivery Deliver Ensure delivery aligns to design, quality, and security standards Align roadmap, pre‑sales, and delivery into a clear, executable plan Ensure structured transition to BAU with strong supportability What Success Looks Like Solutions deliver intended business outcomes — not just completed work Complex components are implemented right the first time through your involvement Design decisions hold up in real‑world environments Delivery aligns consistently to architectural intent and quality standards Clients trust and actively seek your technical direction Engineers are enabled, but you remain accountable for the outcome About You You are a technically strong, outcomes‑driven consultant who enjoys solving complex problems and seeing solutions through to delivery. You bring: 8–10+ years’ experience in ICT, including significant solution design responsibility Proven experience designing and implementing complex solutions end‑to‑end Deep hands‑on expertise across Azure, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, and security Ability to move between high‑level architecture and detailed technical execution Strong experience in pre‑sales, solution shaping, and scoping Confidence providing technical leadership while remaining close to delivery Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Commercial awareness and sound decision‑making You’re a strong fit if: You currently operate as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or senior technical specialist You enjoy being hands‑on and stepping into complex technical challenges You take ownership for outcomes — not just design Why Yorb?
