About the Role As an FFE/MME Coordinator, you will provide specialist coordination and project support to ensure Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) and Major Medical Equipment (MME) requirements are effectively planned, tracked and delivered throughout the project lifecycle. Working as part of a collaborative national team, you will support the successful coordination of equipment workstreams by maintaining accurate schedules, tracking project information, managing documentation and supporting procurement and delivery activities. Your work will help ensure equipment requirements are integrated into design and construction programmes and that information is available to support informed decision-making across projects. You will work closely with clinical stakeholders, project teams, consultants, suppliers and commercial partners, helping to maintain accurate and reliable project records while supporting programme controls, financial tracking and operational readiness activities. Through strong organisation, communication and attention to detail, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of complex projects and the creation of healthcare facilities that support better outcomes for patients, whānau and communities. About the Team/Service/Location The IIG team are focused on delivering high impact infrastructure investments that support the transformation of New Zealand's health system. Giving support, oversight and assurance across projects and programmes, the team understand that safe, fit for purpose health facilities, sites and equipment are essential for a well-functioning health system that improves the health of all New Zealanders. About you You are a proactive and highly organised coordinator who enjoys working in collaborative project environments and supporting the delivery of complex programmes. You have a natural ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and establish strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You bring strong attention to detail and enjoy creating structure, managing information and ensuring tasks are followed through to completion. Whether coordinating documentation, updating project trackers, supporting procurement activities or working with clinical and project teams, you are someone who can be relied upon to deliver high quality work in a timely and professional manner. What you'll bring Experience working within project, programme, operational or coordination roles, ideally within the health sector or a similarly complex environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent administration and coordination capabilities, including document management, reporting and data management. Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. An understanding of project controls, reporting, risk and issue management processes. Confidence using systems and tools to manage information, schedules, cost tracking and project documentation.
