Repco Whakatāne is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead a busy retail branch, reporting to the Branch Manager and driving store performance. You will help introduce new initiatives and be a key contact for customers and team members on the shop floor. You will motivate staff, deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and uphold safety and branch presentation daily.
