Metlifecare is seeking a maintenance person for Greenwich Gardens Village in Unsworth Heights, North Auckland. This permanent part-time role covers Mon/Tue/Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm (24 hours per week) to support residents and village facilities. Responsibilities include general maintenance, preventative tasks, gardening assistance, and ensuring Health and Safety standards are met on site.
