Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Administrator to join a busy team supporting a major long-term project in Napier . This is a varied, hands‑on administration role where no two days are the same. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping systems and projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. Working hours: Part‑time until December, Monday 8:00 am–5:00 pm required and negotiable hours across the rest of the week. Potential for additional hours. Location: Napier, Hawke’s Bay Start date: Immediate start Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour + weekly pay Key responsibilities Process weekly timesheets accurately and on time Set up and maintain project systems and documentation Perform accurate data entry and record management Complete MOPC administration and compliance tasks Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes Assist with event planning and coordination Provide general administrative support to the project team What we're looking for Previous administration experience in a busy environment Civil or infrastructure industry experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confident taking meeting minutes and managing documentation Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines Professional communication skills and a proactive attitude Benefits $28–$32/hr + weekly pay – earn what you're worth Part‑time role with potential for more hours Support a prestigious NZ client on a major project Varied role – administration, events & project support #J-18808-Ljbffr
