About the role We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Regulatory, Corporate and Sector Services team in Digital Services. You will provide technical support for our critical business applications and clinical systems across Health NZ. You'll be responsible for maintaining stability through to troubleshooting complex issues and implementing smart enhancements, you'll ensure systems are reliable and continuously improving. helping build capability across the team while driving process improvements that lift service delivery. This is a chance to make a real impact—keeping the digital backbone of our organisation strong and effective, working closely with the Digital Applications & Products teams, and our end users to deliver timely support and contribute to a positive user experience. About the team This role is in the Corporate, Regulatory and Sector Services portfolio within Digital Applications & Products group which sits within Digital Services and supports the applications that operational teams and corporate services rely on every day. Our team works closely with stakeholders across the health sector to ensure digital solutions remain reliable, secure, and aligned to organisational needs. We foster a collaborative, learning-focused environment where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged. About you You'll bring solid technical support experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in providing high-quality support. You will ideally have: 3-5 years' experience in a technical support or IT support role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ideally supporting complex business critical applications. Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management A relevant IT qualification or certification (e.g. CompTIA A+) Knowledge of IT security best practices and basic networking concepts Experience working in the health sector (desirable) You also demonstrate a commitment to equity in healthcare outcomes, and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
