Civil Operative

CIVIL MACHINE OPERATORS WANTED! Join Tradestaff Tauranga and be part of major civil infrastructure projects across the Bay of Plenty. We're looking for experienced Civil Machine Operators who take pride in their work, operate safely, and are ready to get stuck into a variety of earthworks and civil construction projects. Location: Tauranga Central, Tauranga Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $30–$38 per hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay What you may be doing Operating earthmoving equipment on civil construction sites Driving moxy and roller machinery Ripping rock and pushing dirt with a dozer Assisting with heavy lifting or labouring when required Reporting machinery or vehicle issues to your supervisor Carrying out basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, refuelling, and organising servicing and repairs What we're looking for Proven experience operating civil construction machinery Current Class 2, 4 or 5 licence (as applicable) WTR (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers) endorsement Current Site Safe passport Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check Strong commitment to health and safety Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude What's in it for you?
