Administration Officer - Occupational Health Dunedin Hospital, Fixed term full time role Fixed term until end of September 2026 Salary between $73,476 and $76,551 per annum About the Role As the Administration Officer, you will provide day to day administrative support to the Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Southern Occupational Health team including during the 2026 influenza staff vaccination campaign. This is a busy and varied position with a strong focus on clinic administration and reception support, data entry, reporting and records management. You will be joining a motivated team of professionals across the district where some travel may be required. Whilst this is a full‑time position we would consider applications from those that are looking for a part‑time position or internal candidates looking to increase their current FTE.
