We’re looking for a dynamic, hands‑on fixed term full‑time Workshop Team Leader to guide our workshop crew and ensure our rental fleet is road‑ready, safe, and sparkling. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of 5–15 workshop crew members (seasonally variable). Ensure vehicles meet high standards of safety, compliance, and presentation. Coordinate daily workloads and keep the team focused and motivated. Be a visible role model—leading by example in communication, behaviour, and teamwork. Ensure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team. Monitor the progress of processing standards through the pre‑hire department by performing spot checks and following up directly with the pre‑hire staff. Ensure Workshop Department follow branch processes. Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless customer experiences. Monitor quality, elevate issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Champion health and safety practices and compliance. What You’ll Bring A full, current driver’s licence (manual and automatic) is desired. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Confidence under pressure and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Ability to coach and support team members in their development.
