We’re growing and looking for great people to join us. The Opportunities: Operate and set up machines to produce high-quality timber products. Hands‑on roles at the heart of NZ’s engineered timber industry. Key Responsibilities (varies depending on role): Machine Operations: Set up and operate machines safely to meet production targets. Laminating Operations: Set up and operate laminating machinery to produce beams to specification. Quality Control: Monitor product quality and make adjustments to keep production on track. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe environment for the whole team. Teamwork: Work with your team to keep production flowing smoothly. Any weekend work paid at time and a half (occasional only). $26-$35/hour depending on skills, experience and qualifications. Who We're Looking For: Timber Machining Experience: At least 1 year’s experience running machines in a factory or timber production environment (essential). Machine set up and laminating experience would be the icing on the cake. Timber Machining Qualifications: Timber machining qualification (fully or partial) is an advantage.
