Auckland Closing date: 27 July 2026 Reference: 1104054 Apply Now National Support Office - Auckland This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and lead high-profile strategic programmes across one of New Zealand's largest healthcare organisations. You’ll lead complex business transformation initiatives, partnering with Executive leaders and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic change that strengthens organisational capability and drives lasting business outcomes. This is more than project delivery. It’s an opportunity to influence strategic decision‑making, shape enterprise‑wide change, and help mature project management capability across the organisation. This is a contractor position based in our Auckland office. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Significant experience delivering large‑scale technology, digital, or business transformation projects and programmes Previous experience working within a PMO or Enterprise PMO (ePMO) environment Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams Proven ability to influence, engage, and communicate with Executive leaders and senior business stakeholders Strong experience managing project governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and third‑party vendors Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent Outstanding stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic objectives and operational delivery A collaborative leadership style with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing project capability Highly regarded: Experience in implementing enterprise applications (in support of business transformation) Health & Wellbeing : Extended Christmas/New Year break.
