Join a fast-growing New Zealand business as a Maintenance Estimator and play a key role in keeping maintenance projects moving. If you have a strong background in estimating, quantity surveying, or trade pricing and enjoy making fast, accurate commercial decisions, this is an excellent opportunity to hit the ground running on an initial six‑week contract with potential for ongoing work. Working from the Wellington office, you'll review and price maintenance jobs across a broad range of building trades. You'll assess live quotes, ensure labour, materials, and scope are commercially sound, and approve jobs for dispatch. This role is office‑based, with no site visits required.
