About the role As a Quality Improvement Intern, you’ll be part of the Foodstuffs Own Brands Quality and Technical Team, supporting continuous improvement of own brand products such as Pams. In this role, you’ll help the team understand quality issues, learn from customer feedback, and work with suppliers to drive improvements. Key responsibilities Support the Quality Improvement Manager by analysing customer complaint data (e.g. Salesforce) and helping prepare quality improvement reports and dashboards. Assist with preparing and maintaining supplier quality improvement packs, including complaint trends, agreed actions, and progress tracking. Help compile monthly internal quality dashboards to support Product Managers in prioritising quality improvements. Use Microsoft 365 tools (such as Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot) to improve efficiency and consistency in reporting and analysis. About you You’re studying areas such as food technology, data analysis and have a strong interest in quality improvement. You communicate clearly, can work with numerous stakeholders and have great influencing skills. You’re confident working with data in Excel and open to learning new systems such as Salesforce and Power BI. Most importantly, you’re curious, motivated, and excited to build skills that help improve product quality for customers.
