We provide services to our community along the East Coast of the North Island, from Mahia to Remutaka. Our health, social, education and community development teams have been working successfully with whānau for over 35 years. Our Whakakitenga (Vision) is ‘Te Haaro o te Kahu ki Tauwhakarere – The Hawk sees beyond the horizon to our future’. The Opportunity TToH are proud to celebrate over 40 years of service delivering Health and Social services to whānau and the communities we serve. After 10 years of significant growth across our organisation, this Service Deliver Manager role is pivotal to the delivery of our Mental Health and AOD services. About you The successful applicants will already be working within the Health & Social Services sector and will be resilient, solutions based and expected to uphold Ngā Uratanga, our core values. Requirements A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in senior operational management positions with proven ability to take ownership and accountability for driving organisational performance and improvement. Proven breadth of experience in leadership/operational management positions within the Health & Social Services sector. Demonstrated track record of developing and managing high performing teams. Strong understanding of Māori culture, values, and practices or a genuine willingness to learn. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels and in a variety of environments.
