For Automation Engineers with 5-10 years' experience, there are few opportunities in New Zealand that offer the breadth and quality of project work available at Caliber. You'll contribute to cutting‑edge projects spanning aerospace, marine, deep‑tech R&D, robotics and industrial automation, continually expanding your technical capability with every assignment. What You'll Bring 7+ years experience leading electrical and automation development from concept through onsite commissioning. However, highly capable engineers with 5 years of experience are also encouraged to apply. Strong PLC programming skills across platforms like Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, Omron. Experience with SCADA development, HMI design, commissioning, and machine safety. Confidence in electrical system design and relevant standards (AS/NZS, IEC, NFPA).
