Job Description
Key Responsibilities Support change readiness activities ahead of programme milestones. Prepare materials and insights to support the Change Manager and broader programme team. Translate programme content into clear, user-friendly language for store and supply teams. Partner with communications teams to support effective change and adoption. Assist with workshops, including preparation, facilitation support, and capturing feedback. About You You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to turn complex information into simple, accessible messaging for different audiences. With a strong interest in change, transformation, or employee experience, you’re naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and look for ways to improve how things are done. You’re currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a qualification in Business Communication, Commerce, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
