Availability Manager - The Warehouse Greymouth

Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the Nightfill team to ensure merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained. Oversee presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery with minimal impact on customers. Manage tight timeframes to keep stores well stocked and looking their best. Create and sustain a safe and positive work environment for all team members. Qualifications Leadership experience with a can-do attitude and strong communication and computer skills. Experience in retail, preferably in stock, merchandising, recovery and presentation; advantageous but not required. Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done. Work Information Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 2:30pm–midnight. Additional Information Forklift license preferred but not essential.
