Job Description
Te Wānanga o Aotearoa invites applications for a Kaiako to deliver literacy and numeracy support in a prison context. Classes are small, with up to six tauira per class, and you will work with Department of Corrections staff to support learning. Requires teaching background, NZ Certificate Level 5 in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education (or equivalent), knowledge of te reo Māori, and a NZ driver’s license.
