Job Description

Enterprise Change Integration Lead Enterprise impact - influence how change is planned, coordinated and embedded across NZQA. About the role As the Change Integration Lead, you will work across programmes, projects, and business initiatives to identify cumulative change impacts, support effective sequencing of change, and provide enterprise-level advice to senior leaders and governance groups. You will be a trusted advisor and connector, bringing together business, delivery, and corporate teams to ensure change is understood, delivered in a coordinated and sustainable way. This fixed‑term role runs until 30 June 2028 and will be part of the evolving ePMO. What you’ll bring Experience working within an Enterprise Programme Management Office (ePMO), portfolio office, or similar enterprise-level environment. Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide change across multiple concurrent initiatives. Strong understanding of organisational readiness, change impact assessment, and change saturation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority. Strong enterprise and systems‑thinking capability and the ability to connect strategic decisions with operational impacts.
