You'llwork closely with engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality, complexpartson timeevery time.A passion for high speed and high quality is essential, as well as an attitude ofovercoming obstacles rather thanleaving the problems for other people. Responsibilities CNC Programming & Machining Create and edit CNC programs using CAM software,Fusion 360and orTopSolid. Design and implement fixturing for safe, repeatable machiningfor both R&D and productionparts. Primarily machine Stainless, Inconel,andTitanium parts from raw stock or post machine 3d printedcomponents. Select tooling,work holding,strategy,and cutting parametersfor high precision applicationssuch as sealing surfaces. Prove out NC programs and bring them into production. Run production jobs whilemonitoringquality, tolerances, and machine performance. Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment. Process Improvement Identifyand executeopportunities to improve cycle times,repeatability,tooling, and machining methods. Implementfixture and tooling improvements to increase quality and efficiency. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve machining and design challenges. Develop reliable,repeatableand scalable machining processes. Necessary Qualifications Proven experienceas a CNC Machinist5+ Years. Experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation. Preferencetowards experiencewith Fusion 360andTopSolidCAMsoftware. Preferencetowards experiencewith Fanuc andHeidenhaincontrollers Ability to read,interpretand providefeedback onengineering drawingswith complexGD&T. Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, andworkholding. Proven track-recordusing precision measuring equipmenttovalidateworkto specifications. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Able to work independently and take ownership of jobs, while collaborating in broader team. Strong communicationand problem-solving skills. Experienceonprogramming and runningany ofthe following machines.
