Overview Play a pivotal role in shaping students' futures by helping them turn their study aspirations into reality. You will support prospective students from application through to enrolment with proactive outreach and personalised guidance, helping them make informed decisions and confidently navigate their enrolment journey. You will work closely with colleagues across the University to provide advice, answer questions, and connect prospective students with the information and opportunities they need. You will contribute to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the student experience. Responsibilities Assist prospective students from initial enquiry through enrolment, providing guidance and information to support informed decisions. Answer questions, connect applicants with relevant services, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the student experience. Contribute to team goals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to student enrolment processes. Position Details Salary: $60,046 to $72,636 per year pro-rata based on skills, knowledge and experience. Part-time role, 15 hours per week (Monday - Thursday, 4:15 pm – 8:00 pm). Based at Hillcrest Campus. Qualifications and Experience Confident communicator who builds rapport with others quickly, listens well, and provides supportive guidance throughout the student journey. Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail. Ability to converse in Te Reo Māori and an understanding of tikanga Māori; experience engaging respectfully with Māori students, whānau, and communities is important.
