Registered Residential Valuer – Christchurch We are looking for a Residential Valuer to join our Christchurch team, providing flexible work‑from‑home options. Responsibilities Undertake residential valuations across Christchurch and its surrounding areas with flexibility around preferred working locations. Engage in a diverse mix of work, including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements, and specialised residential sectors such as public works compensation. Leverage industry‑leading software to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with a high‑performing team of experts both locally and nationwide. Experienced and certified to value residential property within New Zealand or Australia (specific Christchurch knowledge not strictly required). Strong research and data management skills.
