Pinnacle Health in New Plymouth is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our Extended Care Team in Taranaki. You will help optimise medications, reduce adverse drug events, and provide pharmaceutical care to improve health outcomes in collaboration with patients and health‑care teams. This fixed-term role runs until May 2027, up to 24 hours per week, with flexible workplace offerings.
