Senior HVAC Technician/Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior HVAC Technician / Project Manager to join our Dunedin team. This position is suited to a skilled professional with extensive technical knowledge, strong leadership capability, and proven experience managing HVAC projects from inception through to completion We want someone who can hit the ground running. Someone who is motivated to succeed with great communication skills that build lasting relationships. The key skills required for this role include: Installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems Fault diagnosis and repair of commercial systems Management and coordination of HVAC projects, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation Oversight of site operations and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes You must have: Extensive experience within the HVAC / air conditioning industry Demonstrated project management or supervisory experience Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Excellent organisational and communication skills Relevant trade qualifications and certifications, IQP registered or willing to obtain Current driver’s license Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment What can we offer you?
