Job Title: Front-of-House Support (Casual) Rate: $28.95 per hour Location: Waiheke Backpackers Hostel, Onetangi Beach, Auckland. Responsibilities Customer service and front‑of‑house responsibilities Managing guest bookings and registration Payments and cash handling Responding to calls and emails Qualifications Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Good fitness, work ethic and sense of humour Team player with ability to work autonomously Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays and additional shifts Additional Information This position is deemed a safety‑sensitive position and will require pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing. The employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to the base salary offered.
