Roles Available We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hard‑working Class 4 Driver to join a well‑established local freight team based in Nelson. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in your work, and want consistent local hours, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing Completing local freight deliveries and pickups across Nelson and surrounding areas Operating Class 4 vehicles safely and efficiently Loading and unloading freight, including some manual handling Conducting pre‑start checks and maintaining vehicle cleanliness Providing excellent customer service at delivery points Ensuring all health & safety and compliance requirements are met What You Need Full Class 4 driver licence Previous experience in freight or delivery driving preferred Good level of physical fitness for lifting and handling freight Strong knowledge of road safety and vehicle operation Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills What’s in It for You Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly Consistent local work – be home every night Supportive team environment Opportunity for ongoing work and potential permanent placement PPE provided Work with an established and reputable local freight company Applicants must have the current right to work in New Zealand.
