About the role This role is focused on analysing customer data, research, and translating it into clear, engaging insights for a variety of stakeholders. You’ll gain hands on experience working with data visualisation, customer demographics, and competitive insights. Key responsibilities Translate customer data, research, and macro‑economic analysis into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders across PAK’nSAVE, New World, and 4SQ. Support the development of data visualisation templates to improve how insights are presented and understood. Help build and maintain a library of customer insights, with a focus on key demographics. Contribute to building knowledge of competitive activity and identifying more efficient ways to update and manage data across multiple sources. About you Comfortable working with data, you enjoy turning information into clear insights using tools such as Excel and data visualisation platforms. You’ll be adaptable, and able to work collaboratively while taking ownership of tasks. You’re currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a qualification in a data, marketing, analytics, or related discipline, and are keen to apply your skills.
