Registered Nurse | Part Time | Christchurch Great staff benefits such as paid wellness days off and free health and life insurance About the role We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to provide quality care to our residents at The Village Palms in Christchurch. This is a part time, permanent NIGHT shift role. Either 15 hours or 22 hours per week. Shifts can be either 2 or 3 night shifts a week depending on candidate's preference. There will be some flexibilty on the days of the week. We offer top hourly rates and allowances as well as an amazing team to work in! Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care. Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with other team members Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families. Provide compassionate and high-level care. About you You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have: Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better! Up to date knowledge of wound care management Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
