About the role We are seeking a maintenance person to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, providing general maintenance services for our residents at our stunning Greenwich Gardens Village in Unsworth Heights - North Auckland. You will assist with the overall general maintenance requirements of our village and facilities. The role is working Mon/Tue/Fri - 7am - 3:30pm (24 hours per week) Some of the great things you will be doing. Providing general maintenance services to our residents in our Village. Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are completed on all plant, equipment, and buildings in a timely manner. Aids the grounds staff and undertakes general gardening tasks from time to time as and if required. Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and maintained on site. Take responsibility in liaising with residents daily to understand and problem solve any general maintenance issues on site About you Previous experience as a general handyman or in property maintenance will be highly advantageous. Ability to work autonomously Strong focus on Health and Safety standards Confidence and ability to use hand tools, power tools and operate maintenance machinery Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Customer centric approach - driven to deliver outstanding service to our residents. Full Driver’s License is essential.
