About the Role
As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the contact centre team. You will foster a positive team culture, drive service excellence, and support your team to achieve individual and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Contact Centre, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Coach, mentor and support team members through regular feedback and performance development.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement initiatives to improve service, productivity and quality.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment.
- Work collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a contact centre or customer service environment.
- Strong people leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to prioritise, adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.
