About the Role:

As part of LIC's Operations & Service Group, you'll play a vital role in supporting the teams that help New Zealand dairy farmers succeed every day. Reporting to the Semen Collection Centre and Records Manager, you'll provide essential administrative support across our farm operations, helping keep activities running smoothly, maintaining compliance standards, and enabling operational excellence. Working alongside our farming, laboratory, and field teams, you'll contribute to the delivery of world-class genetics and services to farmers across New Zealand.

Your Key Focus:

  • Purchasing administration to support day-to-day farm operations

  • Contractor and health & safety administration support

  • Vehicle and fuel administration and monitoring

  • General farm administration support

  • General coordination and other administrative support as required

  • Bull farm data management and reporting

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Strong computer and systems skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in administration support, with purchasing administration experience an advantage

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment. Attention to detail is critical.

  • Knowledge of farming or a rural operational environment is an advantage

  • Confidence to use initiative and work independently while supporting a wider team

  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team

  • SAP experience is an advantage

  • Full New Zealand driver licence required
