About the Squad\nThe PowerCurve Collections squad is responsible for the core platform that underpins ASB's collections ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of technology, operations and customer outcomes, the squad plays a critical role in ensuring collections capability continues to evolve to meet changing business needs, regulatory requirements and future growth.
\nWorking closely with engineering, architecture and business teams, the squad is focused on delivering platform improvements that enhance operational effectiveness, support frontline teams and provide a strong foundation for future innovation.
About the Role\nAs Product Owner for PowerCurve Collections, you'll define product direction, lead prioritisation decisions and drive the evolution of a critical platform that supports collections capability across ASB. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, operations teams and business stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to deliver value while remaining scalable, reliable and fit for the future.
\nYou'll combine strategic product ownership with technology delivery leadership, shaping both near‑term priorities and the longer‑term roadmap while balancing business outcomes, operational needs and regulatory requirements.
In this role you will:\n- \n
- Own the roadmap and backlog for the PowerCurve Collections platform \n
- Prioritise platform enhancements, modernisation initiatives and business requirements \n
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver sustainable technology outcomes \n
- Drive discovery and validation activities to support informed investment decisions \n
- Ensure solutions align with business, risk and compliance requirements \n
- Manage dependencies across systems, platforms and stakeholder groups \n
- Support platform stability, performance and continuous improvement \n
- Build strong relationships across technology and business teams \n
You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology and can confidently engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You're comfortable translating complex requirements into actionable priorities and balancing delivery, operational stability and future capability uplift.

Key Skills & Experience\n- \n
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Technology Delivery Lead \n
- Strong understanding of technology delivery and platform ownership \n
- Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams \n
- Demonstrated roadmap, backlog and prioritisation expertiseStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills \n
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes \n
- Experience managing risk, compliance and operational considerations \n
- Experience with enterprise platforms, workflow systems or case management solutions is advantageous \n
- Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential \n
