Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Lead and continuously improve strategic planning, enterprise performance, and reporting processes. \n
- Analyse internal and external trends to provide insights and support evidence-based decision-making. \n
- Support managers and leaders with performance reporting, analysis, and improvement initiatives. \n
- Identify opportunities to enhance organisational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance. \n
- Provide technical expertise, leadership, and coaching while promoting best practice and innovation. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders. \n
- Deliver high-quality analysis, advice, and reporting, ensuring risks, issues, and opportunities are proactively managed. \n
- Maintain robust information management, governance, and collaborative knowledge-sharing practices to support organisational capability and performance. \n

- Proven experience in strategy development, strategic analysis, enterprise planning, or performance management. \n
- Strong knowledge of performance frameworks, systems, and reporting processes. \n
- Experience translating business needs into practical enterprise-wide frameworks and solutions. \n
- Background in economics or consulting-related roles (or equivalent) is advantageous. \n
- Demonstrated ability to analyse organisational performance and provide meaningful insights. \n
- Excellent business writing, reporting, and presentation skills. \n
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring systems, processes, and performance measures. \n
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture. \n
- Strong curiosity, desire to understand root causes and emerging opportunities. \n
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. \n
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. \n
