Vacancy open to Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT) candidates who hold current rights to live and work in New Zealand and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

About the Role\nJoin Te Toka Tumai Auckland and be part of our growing Radiology Department, part of the Clinical Support Directorate. Our dynamic, diverse and expansive department is supported by a team of skilled professionals who offer exceptional guidance and support. We operate a 24/7 service with rostered shifts, offering an excellent opportunity for self‑motivated Radiographers with strong technical skills and a keen interest in all areas of paediatric imaging. Share your skills and learn new ones, while helping us deliver optimal care to our patients, their whānau and our communities.
About the Team/Service\nAs an integral member of our radiology team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and diagnostic accuracy. You will have the opportunity to work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Our services include imaging for Inpatients, Emergency Department and Outpatients as well as Operating Theatres. Our Radiology department is equipped with three state‑of‑the‑art DR X‑ray Units, including a brand new Siemens Multitom Rax, Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, portable and theatre imaging. As a team of 20 MITs, with a wide range of experience and skillset, we provide a supportive environment for all new staff with a comprehensive orientation programme, ongoing mentoring and continuous opportunities for further training and growth.
