You will be part of a team delivering outstanding service to a wide range of clients – designing and driving solutions to ensure their needs are met, working through ambiguity, and applying critical thinking to resolve complex problems for large‑scale projects.

- Work through ambiguity and apply critical thinking to resolve complex problems for large‑scale projects. \n
- Take responsibility for at least one element of project delivery and lead that section, reporting into senior staff to ensure the engagement is on track. \n
- Analyze, build, and present solutions and findings, contributing significantly to creating deliverables with impact for clients. \n
- Build relationships both internally and externally. \n
- \n
- 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate environment. \n
- Tertiary degree in a relevant field. \n
- Experience working with clients in a professional setting. \n
- Technologically savvy. \n
- Strong written and oral communication skills. \n
- Evidence of leadership in a professional setting. \n
- Comfortable presenting complex issues and recommendations in a focused manner. \n
- Commercially curious. \n
- Strong awareness of AI and ability to use AI tools appropriately in a professional setting. \n
- Consulting background (preferred). Ideally, worked in a consulting or top‑tier professional services firm in a similar role. \n
