Operating since 2006, we provide integrated design, manufacturing, supply and installation solutions for residential renovations, bespoke interior projects and multi-unit apartment developments.
About the Role \nWe are seeking an organised and proactive Maintenance Planner to join our manufacturing team on a permanent full-time basis (30–40 hours per week). The role is responsible for developing maintenance planning strategies and planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment, workshop facilities, production machinery, and supporting operational assets to ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support efficient production and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities \n- \n
- Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies for plant equipment, production machinery, workshop facilities, and supporting operational assets across the manufacturing operation. \n
- Prepare, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime and maintain efficient production processes. \n
- Monitor the condition, performance and availability of plant equipment and production machinary to ensure reliable operation and production readiness. \n
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams to minimise operational disruptions and maintain manufacturing schedules. \n
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, service providers and relevant interal teams to arrange inspections, repairs, servicing and equipment upgrades. \n
- Maintain maintenance records, service schedules, spare parts information, inspection reports, and equipment documentation to support asset management and maintenance administration. \n
- Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with health, safety, and environmental requirements to support safe workshop practices and regulatory compliance. \n
- Assist in identifying equipment risks, recurring faults, and opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment performance across the manufacturing facility. \n
- Plan maintenance resources, spare parts, materials and maintanence schdules to ensure production equipment, workshop facilities and supporting assets remain available to support manufacturing and delivery requirements. \n
- Track the completion of scheduled maintenance activities and follow up on outstanding works, defects, and equipment-related issues to ensure timely resolution. \n
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures, asset management practices, and maintenance planning systems to support saft and efficient manufacturing operations. \n

- Hold a NZQF Diploma qualification (Level 5 or above), preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance Management, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or a related field. \n
- OR have at least three years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, manufacturing operations, production management, facilities management, asset management, or related technical and operational roles. \n
- Understanding of plant equipment, production machinery, preventive maintenance practices, and maintenance scheduling. \n
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise maintenance activities around production requirements and delivery schedules. \n
- Good communication and interperonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production teams, contractors, suppliers and management. \n
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to health and safety, maintenance documentation, and operational coordination. \n
