A Little Bit About the Role… As a Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy and end‑to‑end development of your product category — ensuring every range reflects our brand, meets customer needs, and delivers strong commercial results. You’ll work closely with design, development, marketing, and buying to bring innovative, sustainable products to market. You will: Shape and execute category product strategy. Create seasonal product briefs and guide cross‑functional teams through development. Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring quality, timelines, and margin targets are met. Analyse trends, insights, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities and refine products. Develop and deliver go‑to‑market plans for new products. Present seasonal ranges to key stakeholders. Approve seasonal marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand and product direction. What We’re Looking For… You’ll thrive in this role if you: Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’re a natural connector. Strong attention to detail and a customer‑centric mindset. A creative, innovative approach — always looking ahead to what’s next. Strong analytical capability — confident interpreting data and insights to guide decisions. The ability to travel internationally when required. 2–3 years’ experience in Product Management, Merchandising, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PLM experience is a bonus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
