Be the face of the space – deliver a welcoming, high‑quality experience for members and prospective members. Build genuine member relationships – support member retention by understanding needs, responding quickly and creating belonging. Create and host engaging community events – bring members together through regular socials and networking. Hands‑on, varied role – ideal for someone proactive, adaptable, passionate about sales, people and community building. Space Leader – New Locations Mulgrave, Melbourne Additional responsibilities for new locations Provide flexible support across multiple locations – keep spaces running smoothly by assisting with day‑to‑day operations, covering leave and supporting events. Assist with sales and administration – lead tours, manage bookings, update the CRM and stay connected with potential members. Support member experience and community – help create a welcoming, connected environment for members and guests.
